Foreground plant for low light aquariums

I've been doing so research into low light foreground plants and I haven't had much luck. The best I could come up with was dwarf sagittaria. From what ive read about dwarf sagittaria it grows pretty tall. I anyone knows of a good foreground for low light aquariums
let me know!

Lighting for a 29 gallon?

I have just recently got into the planted tank world of aquariums. I just got a 29 gallon roughly 30x12x18. I'm planning on growing low light plants with no Co2. I have good substrate that I ordered from aquariumplants.com. I have one 30 inch fixture with a pink t12 fluorescent bulb and one 18in. T8 bulb will that be enough light? Let me know! Thanks.
