Ya I made it . It is made from polystyrene foam sheets and quikrete quick wall surface bonding concrete. This link will show this project http://dramaticaquascapes.com/Forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=309. The dramatic aquascapes website is a awe website about building these backgrounds.
