Those aren't polyps, they're aiptasia. Very annoying hitchhiker to have, good luck getting rid of them.  (sooner rather than later, they will multiply very quickly)

Also don't try to scrap them off, that will make it worse. I've had luck blow-torching them, just make sure nothing is left or it can regrow. It also looks like you have some peppermint shrimp, so they might even eat them.

You can also try injecting lemon juice, boiling water, or aiptasia x.
