10 gallon plant tank

Hi I am setting up a 10 gallon neon tetras tank and I want to have plants in it what do u suggest also what substrate

I would recommend the following: Jungle Val, Java Fern, Anubias Barteri, Cryptocoryne Lutea, and Ludwigia Repens. Just use whatever substrate you want and dose either liquid fertilizers or use Seachem Root Tabs.
