With this fixture there are three buttons to turn on/off the lights and bluemoon LEDs (1 button for 1 T5HO bulb, 1 button for 2 T5HO bulbs, and 1 button for the bluemoon LEDs). Right now I have the built in timer set to run the LEDs from 4am - 10pm, 1 bulb from 10pm - 4am, all three bulbs from 2am - 4am. Just one of these bulbs puts out way more light than my tanks normal 2x15w T8s that had been on the tank since I got it.

The fixture comes with 2 mounting legs that allow the fixture to flip open for access of the tank. To get these on my 55g I had to take the rubber stoppers off the plastic screws to get it to fit around the rim, then replaced them after positioned where I wanted it. Inside the legs are supports for holding up the light instead of stressing out the pivot point. They just slide out from the leg and slide into a groove into the top of the leg, leaving around a 35 degree angle to get into the tank.

The fixture also allows you to slide out the full piece of acrylic for cleaning and replacing of bulbs. The reflector seems to be decent, only lacking in the fact that there's one fixture and not separate reflectors per bulb. Because of this I wasn't reluctant in getting the 162w for my 55g knowing not all of that is making it into the tank anyway.

Overall I am loving this fixture. The output is amazing, the difference in the growth of plants I've seen in a week has increased. For $90 shipped to your door, you can't beat it. No need in spending 3x for "name brand" when these offer the luxury of great light for your plants without a total hit to your wallet!!

Score: 9/10

u  can set moonlight only on timer right?
No, there's a push button to turn off and on.
How are you still liking this light? I just ordered the same one today from aquatraders.com and am really hoping that I am not disappointed with this light. It will be going on top of my 75g tank and my main concern is that it will cover the tank front to back evenly with light and not leave me with dark spots.

Glad to see another person who is happy with it though!
