50 gal Temp getting to hot in summer!
Hi
Think my tanks getting to hot in summer! its currently get up to 28-29 degrees in the day.
is this ok? i have notice a bit more algae then usual on the stones.
How can i cool the tank down?
The tank does have a closed lid and i could open it during the day, but the fish might jump out o_0

Try a bag of ice. Let the ice melt on its own to cool down your take at a slow rate. I have put some ice in a ziplock bag and just let it float on the top of my tank.
