55 gallon tank lighting?

I want a dual THO (or whatever it is called) light fixture. Is there a canopy that covers the whole top of the 55 for them? It is a standard size. I need it to be really high light because I am going to be covering the battom of the tank in hair grass (maybe) and I am gonna have one swordplant (maybe). Will this be high enough lighting?

yes..more than enought.

 

get a T5 HO light fixture and some high T5 bulb and your all set. When using T5 HO fixture, they require open top so no canopy will be use.
