Adding angel fish to my tank

I have a 10 gallon tank with two neon tetras, three black skirts, one Micky and an African Dwarf frog. Would adding a angel fish be a bad idea? Would it be compatible with my fishes and tank side? And if I do add angel fish? Should I get more than one?

tank size is to small when it will eventual grow up but more importantly black skirts and angels dont mix as the skirts will tend to nip its fins

ok i will not argue ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PUT ANGELS IN A 10 GAL. because they grow to the sze of dinnerplates and will litteraly not be able to move in a 10 gal
