Are Anubias alright having their roots exposed?  I know they are good for beginners in part because they are so hardy and easy to grow.
I also know about the rhizome and that it should never be buried.
If I am in a gravel tank, do I have to bury the TALL Anubia (the one with long stems and big leaves---BEAUTIFUL btw)
Or; can I leave the roots out so they are above gravel also....
I will go dirt eventually, but for now Im in a gravel tank.  38 gallon tall.

i never bury the rhizome of anubia's species.....let the roots exposed will do them good....at least that's what i think

the roots will find their way down into the gravel.Nothing to worry about.

just leave the roots be...mine are reaching down into the substrate...lol

Amazing plants, truly.
