Anubius Nana splitting?

Is this just it naturally propagating or is something else going on?



In the first picture you can see the leaves look fine except for the one the snails have started eating, and a new one recently sprouted. seems like a leaf dies off every couple weeks and a new one comes in, this is my first anubius plant so i'm not sure if thats normal or not..

both parts of the plant are rooted, the banana looking part is stuck to the drift wood and the leaves are in the dirt/gravel.

i dont think thats an anubias nana. more like a sword of some sort. if ur talking about the banana plant, well thats just whats that is called a banana plant. ive have yet to keep 1 so i cant really tell u how it propagates.

yes i'm talking about the banana plant, it was sold to me as anubius nana by the LFS...

makes me wonder if all my other plants are what i think they are aside from the swords..
