Any advice on using marineland double bright leds for a low light planted tank???

Hey!

I have a 46 gallon bow front that I'm trying to convert to a planted aquarium.  I tried dirt out in my ten gallon planted and made a complete mess so I opted to go the lazy mans route and purchased ecocomplete substrate (60 lbs) and am going to cap it with just regular black gravel so my yoyo loaches dont get gutted.  Anyways I also threw on the stock 39 watt light fixture that came with the tank so I was wondering what would be a good combination of plants cause my tank is relatively high at 21 inches and with such low light a little over 1 watt per gallon what plants could I grow?  If possible maybe even give me a ratio of each if not too much trouble, I'm new at the whole plant game.  Also, is there a particular bulb that I should switch out with stock 39 watt one... cause all that I have seen T8 wise at 36 inches is a 25 watt and that would defeat the purpose of my low light plant tank putting me under 1 watt per gallon.... The whole purpose of this post is to get some advice on the plants and lighting so any relative comment is very much appreciated.  This is going to be my first time doing plants in heavy proportions so I hope it all works out.  Thanks to all.
