any one know what this is ?
I got this with a fish tank i bought of ebay i think they used the tank for terrapins before but anyway if you know what it is please reply, at the front there is a blue led light i think it may just be a submersible light but it is pretty big

it could be some sort of small UV steralizer, does the light stay in that little canister thing...if it is ive never seen one like that before.
