Tiger barbs generally are not good with fish like angels as they are prone to fin nipping. I'd also say that if the tetras are nipping the angels you should seperate them. Fin nipping leaves the fish prone to diseases like fin rot due to there being an open wound in which the bacteria, fungi or virus can enter.
At least give the angels some healing time. You can always divide the tank so the angels do not meet the other tank inhabitants.
