Whats up fishtank tv people,,, got a question for you. I am getting ready to plant my fishtank, not sure if im gonna dirt it or not thinking i will.  As so I am going to upgrade my light and I was wondering what is better, a four or a three bulb fixture.  Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.

i was also wondering if anybody has used the new odyssea t5 fixtures and what you think of them

I recently bought an Odyssea 4x39 t5ho. $95 on ebay. There's a reason for the sayings if it looks to good to be true it is and you get what you pay for. It made a terrible high pitched noise. Even when the lights were off. Weak ballasts, bad bulbs & not a great reflector. Sent it back. I ended up with an Aquaticlife 2x39 t5ho for $120. Individual reflectors for each bulb & the bulbs are spread apart nicely. It seems to be a good low/mid level fixture that will allow me to grow all my higher need plants. If you are really on a tight budget I guess the Odyssea would be an option, but there's a reason all other 4 bulb fixtures are in the $250-400 range.
