Really awsome! have you had any expierence with bettas in community tanks?
Yup ive kept a betta in a setup like ur planning and ive put him for a bit with my discus in a 55g never had a problem with him
does it depened on the fin type of betta or no(veiltail, crowntail)?
Not really sure my 10g was a crwon tail and te discus betta is a half moon
ok and he will eat the flake food that the neons eat?

In my experience Betta's will only get aggressive towards fish that look like them.. eg with long tail/anal fins.

and yes they will eat the flake food.

The Betta might try to eat the ghost shrimp or its babies but they generally like to keep to themselves. When I kept Bettas outside in my pond they retreated to the shore inside folds of my pondliner and chilled there all summer.  I never had to feed them either because eat anything that moves in the water. Just watch out if they're breeding. The male will attack everything in sight.

do i have to buy bulbs from petshop or can i buy a t8 6500k bulb at amazon does it really make a diference?

No difference. None. 0. Zilch.

At Amazon.com or your local home supply store you will probably find a better selection and variety of lighting options. There are only three things you need to know about light.

1) The best color temperature in artificial light (not sunlight) is 6500k-7000k

2) You'll need anywhere from 5 to 40 lumens per square inch of surface area

3) Sunlight is supreme. Nothing comes close.

good because i bought a 6500k t8 bulb for my 10 gallon tank off amazon which compared to petstore HUGE savings thanks guys
I had a betta in my 55 gallon planted tank, and he typically hid most of the time. Didn't bother ghost shrimp, but if a Danio attacked one my betta would join the fight.
