betta problems

hey guys so yesterday i setup my 2.5 gallon betta tank with java fen and water wisteria and a heater and ofcourse my betta achillies so today he is barley moving he looked bloated atfirst so i didnt feed him any ideas on how i can make him better or should i just take him back for a refund thanks -Aquaman

looks to see if he has dropsy.....

 

if it looks bad...take it back for refund and get a healthy one.
