well what size the tank and if both kinds are small they might work like gsp say we need more info

i wouldn't generally different breeds of clowns will fight and not for just territory but just for the heck of it... I've even heard of them chasing the others around the whole tank if its a big tank maybe rearranging the rock around so your clowns see it as they are new to the tank as well but don't be suprised if they fight as they are in the same species as damsels which are aggressive
