Hello,
I'm planning on doing a high tech 6 gallon and 10 gallon. For the 6 gallon i want to use a CFL light like this...

With a 26 watt CFL bulb or somewhere in the 20's. I will also probably have moler clay and then Eco-complete on top for substrate, and may supplement with root tabs. I will also be running it with some flourish products like excel and then maybe use plant supplement, iron, trace, etc. The 10 gallon will have the same substrate, ferts, and it will also have a high powered light, possibly just two of the ones i already mentioned above. Now comes the task or finding a co2 system. I'm new to high tech and i've been running my tanks with just dirt and sunlight and haven't used ferts or co2. I'm 13 and i need something cheap as my cash is veryy limited. I was thinking about doing DIY co2 but i heard that it is very inconsistent and causes ph swings, algae, and is just not that good. So i wanted to maybe try pressurized but what is a cheap way to do this? I found these online... http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=28908 and was wondering if i could hook these up to a regulator and bubble counter and then just purchase a fluval 88 diffuser and run it like that? Also is there any regulators that would fit this? How much would that cost? I may need to change the cartridges out often seeing as they are only 12 grams, but has anyone expierinced doing this setup, or have any other reccomendations for co2?
Thanks, Braden
