Get a smaller species instead, CPO's would be the best crayfish choice for such a tiny tank.

Cambarellus Patzcuarensis (var. Orange )

Sometimes called Mexican Dwarf Crayfish.

Another good choice would be the larger shrimp species from the Macrobrachium family. These are long arm clawed shrimp.

I had a blue cray. Same temprement as the white, I asked at my lfs. It would eat your ottos and guppy fry. The minimum size for a white cray is 10 gallons. I think that a dwarf orange is a better choice.
