For my birthday my uncle very nicely bought me an ehiem scubaby fish tank.I'm am not wanting to put it to waste so i am going to aquasccape it.

But i had a couple of problems.

The first one is that the 270l tank comes with X2 t5 39watt bulbs.I was wondering if this would be enough light for a planted tank or would this be to low of light level.

Secondly I am going to buy aquasoil , but then I seen Dustins videos and that would seem like a more sensible way to go.So Iwas wondering would it be better to dirt my tank or use the aquasoil. And if to dirt what kind of dirt would i use.

Thirdly I am going to be keepiong Discus in this tank because I am a breeder and was wonding what sort of plants could take that heat.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
