I would recommend getting a tetra whisper 60.  It has two outlets and you could put one airstone on each side.  That will really help to keep the surface of the water moving as well as help diffuse unwanted chemicals in the water.

Well air pumps work by pumping out bubbles an when the bubbles reach the surface they pop and the water from them folds air into the water thus adding air oxygen to the water. They also help with some water movement but u Do not need an air pump if ur filter creates enought surface agitation which almost all filters do. if u want more movement in your water pass on the air pump and get a powerhead(water pump) and that should be plenty water movement. O they way to tell if theirs little oxygen in the water is by looking at ur fish. If most of your fish are gasping for air at the water surface u need more oxygen in ur water at which point an air pump would help and to know which pump you need the airpumps have posted what size tank they are rated for so it makes it easier for u

I use a circulation pump to move water around in my 55g tank and my HOB filter handles my surface movement.  I don't run an air stone and don't need one.  if you just want to have water movement in your tank, use a circulation pump instead of a regular jet nozzle pump.  your fish will appreciate it.
