Got home this afternoon to find the top of my tank looks like it has foam floating and my new FX5 is shooting out micro bubbles like no bodies business. Anyone know how to solve the issue? I don't see any leaks anywhere and everything is secure on it. I am running pre-filter, bio-max, clearmax, a polishing pad and a foam pad from my old filter. I can't figure it out for the life of me where the bubbles are coming from, but it sure is annoying for my tank to look cloudy because of micro bubbles! Any help would be appreciated. Below is a picture of what its looking like.

this happen everytime when you open canister and the pressure is release.
The filter will split out bubble and try to get air tight. Give it a couple of hours or days to clear it up. Tilt the canister works to get rid of the bubble inside too.
Thanks for the answers guys. Last night I completely disassembled the filter and made sure that nothing was clogged and double checked all of the fittings and everything. Turned it back on and BAM more micro bubbles. I tried tilting and shaking the filter a little bit and it got worse. Finally I tried turning the flow rate down even further and the micro bubbles went away. Let it run like that over night and all day today. When I got home this afternoon low and behold no more micro bubbles. Turned the flow back up to normal and still no micro bubbles. Next time I service the filter I will do as you suggested GSP and turn it on and off a couple of times.
