Freshly dirted tank with amazons

Hey, i dirted my 20 long over the weekend and moved my amazon over there. Now it wasnt doing good to start with, considering the fact that my turtle had a ball with it. It seems to be doing worse since i moved it. All of the small ones are doing worse. Much less the water is really cloudy. The dirt in the water doesnt seem to be settling very well. Any suggestions on getting the plants back up and good looking? And how about getting the cloudiness out?
