Full Spectrum light bulbs

I found some full spectrum light bulbs on the Internet and was curious if they would work for low light aquarium lights. Here is a link to them. http://products.mercola.com/light-bulbs/
Their color temp is rated at 5500k and they are 30 watt bulbs so I do see how they couldn't work right? What do you guys think?
