I have a couple extra from when I used to feed them to my moray eel and they live fine in my community tank with tetras rams and amano shrimp... they so small I just can't see it being an issue.

ghost shrimps go after dead or dying fish, otherwise they avoid them.  they're more of a scavenger.

ha really i cant imagine that happening i keep ghost shrimp with all kinds of tetras although not neons but id be pretty impressed if one of my shrimp killed and ate a fish...id be surprized if a neon could even eat an adult ghost shrimp.

Ghost shrimp only go for dying or dead fish. If they aren't getting enough food they will try n go for fish fry or other smaller shrimp. Theirs two shrimp advertised as ghost shrimp but are actually diff 1 being sorta agressive and the other not. Just make sure your getting the correct ghost shrimp

I have ghosts with tetras, Ghost to slow to catch anything moving lol

I doubt you would have any problems with that as your tetras are faster but I would +1 to amano shrimps.  They clean your tank alot better than ghost shrimp .
