I'm using double bright LED marenland lights up to about 4 weeks ago I was using seachem iron and flourish and I feed 1 time a day and it's not planted heavy yet.my water is about 84 deg.no co2 and substrate im using fluval panted

Is it near a window by n e chance?

no it is not

Is it getting worst everytime you do a water change ( after 30 min - 1 hour) ? If it is then you might have the same problem that i had. This is what i had http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D00ylRH81Xs. I have solved it in the next video by trying many different methods ( mostly not using chemiscal, even though i still have to use one on the last try). Here is the following steps that you might wanna try one by one follow the order:

- Water change, clean filters, manual scooping out debris
- Reduce lighting, dosing
- Black out ( off the light, cover the entire a tank if you are able to) 2-3 days
- Add Seachem Purigen in filter media ( works on hang on back and internal filter too)
- Add API Accu-clear following the instruction on the bottle.
