I am starting this idea ive had about my 4 75 gallon tanks and a 40 gallon long well i want to put it all into one system i am knowledgeable on general aquarium stuff but this is a little out of my league i want to have two 75 on the bottom about ten inches apart the other two stacked on top then the 40 gallon at the top ive got basic plans fiqured but with what i want to do is to have a 8 to 10 inch water column in the middle as tall as the highest 75 with a sump on top and a fluidized system below all tanks will be overflow drained in to eachother then the column will flow up to the sump which will drain from there now to top will be the plant and invertabrate housing bottom 4 75 will be staged growth breeding any input is welcome thanks for reading

Sounds ambitious! So are you going to use canisters on the bottom two to move the water from the tanks to the sump? Will your supports for the upper tanks be in the overflow path diverting the water? Hopefully I understood your design intention.
Nope no canisters just sumps but the design has changed due to 180 gallon added to the system lol just waiting to have the funding to do it all tank are currently set up and running
