Help identify this plant please.
I found this plant in a small pond in my woods. I live in upstate NY and its pretty cold right now. There was a lot of this plant, some was growing on the shore and it was dead, but the submerged sections were very much alive. Id like to add this to my tank but Id like to know what it is.
