Help! My leave are browning.

The leaves on all my plants without discretion are turning this odd brown, or rather getting brown spots. I mean all my plants except my Wisteria which is doing the same thing but around the leaves edges. I only have 2 watts per gallon for now and I am using 1 1/2 doses of Flourish Excel and have done one does of Flourish Iron. Also I fertilize weekly with LeafZone, which is a Potassium and Iron Supplement( i am trying to phase the Leafzone out with the Flourish products). I have sand substrate with root tabs and do water changes and filter changes Iike I should. You can see from the before and after pictures that it is getting worse and I am afraid, very afraid. Well actually Im just pissed that Ive made my first major mistake and want to fix it asap. Thank you so much for your help!

I have the same thing happening. My leaves are slowly disinagrating. Suggestions?

What kind of lights are you running ? T8,t5 ect... It's either your lighting or your substrate, sand if fine in some cases like tanks that consist of anubias, ferns, mosses. but in general you'll need either a clay based substrate like floramax or flourite or dirt like potting mix from lowes to give the roots what they want.
