Both of those light fixtures are really awesome! I actually have the ZooMed one coming in the mail to me. I'm very excited to get it. I've heard very good stuff about the AquaticLife fixture too.. and they would both work for the kinds of plants that you want : ]

Zoo med is good for price but it is cheap as shit. No independent reflectors and no bulbs. Once you purchase bulbs then you have paid for the aquatic life one anyways that has both independent reflectors. And comes with bulbs. I ordered one and have had it for a few weeks now and I love it. I also like Catalina aquarium lights. If you go on eBay there is a three bulb t5 with lunar lights that you can get for about $20 more then the aquatic life version after shipping that I think would be a better value. Ofcourse I found that after I ordered and recieved my aquaticlife fixture.

All of those plants will grow normally without CO2.

With out dirt on that large of a tank I don't think I would do DIY co2z it's too unreliable. Pressurized would b great but there is a lot of fluctuation with the DIY.
