ive been doing regular water changes but it doesnt seem to help. my tank is a 10 gallon and has three Black Skirts, two Cardinal Tetras, a mickey and an African Dwarf Frog. i recently added a plant but i didnt think it was enough,so today i got a couple more and my tank is pretty full of plants. will this help with the cloudiness of the tank? how many water changes can i do weekly or monthly? any advice is welcome and thanks for the help and time...

weekly water change and make sure your carbon in the filter is still good

Because its a 10 g. Do weekly 30% water changes u have excess light so jus run your lights for like 6-8 hrs a day.  U can add carbon to ur filter but if your dosing ferts it takes away some of the stuff the plants use to grow

from the picture it looks like a neon. red doesn't run the whole length of the body. when did the water become cloudy? how long are your lights on?

when i had my 10 gallon i used carbon and the water would be clear.  I used a Aqueon HOB filter, But I cut a small hole in cartridge and took the carbon out.  I bought a media sack and put my own carbon in it, since carbon dont last that long.  Oh and i would do close to a 50% water change weekly.  Feed only once a day early in the morning.  Your pic looks like a feeding issue though, when you change water scrub the glass too.
