I can't tell if I have ich.
My fish all do the "ich rub" but none of them have visible dots, and none ever die. My tank is 85o and I have treated the tank many times. I am unsure of what to do, because it never claims victims but I can tell my fish are stressed.
Should I just heavily treat my tank?

Do ur fish have the white salt specs looking thIngs on their bodies? Or are they just rubing against stuff? Fish rub themselves on stuff for many reason ich being one of the reasons but NOT the only reason so don't just assume its ich because it could be something else. Also if it tank is kept at 85 u shouldnt even worry ever about ich

Like Peter said fish "flash" for many reasons. In fact some of these reasons are still unknown to scientists. But I'm gonna say its gill flukes. Try Prazipro. I've used it and it really works.
