My fish all do the "ich rub" but none of them have visible dots, and none ever die. My tank is 85o and I have treated the tank many times. I am unsure of what to do, because it never claims victims but I can tell my fish are stressed.
Should I just heavily treat my tank?

Permalink Reply by Robert Jango on September 15, 2012 at 12:19am Like Peter said fish "flash" for many reasons. In fact some of these reasons are still unknown to scientists. But I'm gonna say its gill flukes. Try Prazipro. I've used it and it really works.
