Is this able to be fixed? acylic tank!

If the shipper doesnt want this back, its a bonus tank for me, replacement is being sent. If they dont want it im going to try to fix it and if i dont trust it ill just use it as like an out-door gold fish tank or something.
here is what i bought to patch it:
since my local hardware store doesnt sell anything aquarium safe for sealents nore do theys ell acrylic, i have bought 3 12"x12" 1/4" thick acrylic squares, Marineland 31010 Silicone Caulker, 10-1/2-Ounce, 292-Gram, Weld-On 4 Acrylic Adhesive - 4 Oz. online.
Take a CLOSE look at the photos and start giving me advice on the patching, thanks!
