Jungle Val and Dwarf Sag
Are there any specific requirements for getting my Val and sag to grow?...My tank gets about 6 hours of direct sunlight. I only have a pair of standard 6700k strip lights until I upgrade in the next month or so. Its a dirted 55 and all my other plants seem to be doing well.

I'd say the only requirement for those 2 would be good substrate. Other than that it will handle almost any abuse you put them through. I have some in my brackish tank and they're doing great.

I sorta figured that but one piece of about 5 of the Val is starting to take off. The other pieces look to have died off. Same with the Sag. I was wondering if maybe they were too deep into the substrate.
