Lighting help

im looking for a light system for my 20g tank i am planning on putting in it catfish, corys, tetras, tigerbarbs and shrimp any suggestions for a light wood be great. i am willing to pay 20 to 40 dollars on the lighting system.

cheap and simple are fluorescent light fixtures if its planted look for special pink bulbs for plants and another bulb with 6500k
