Hi Greg, I have a 95 wave front aquarium and I think personally a MH/t5 48" fixture would be great or two or three led fixtures like the finnex ray 2. Two or three of those will give you superb high light as will the MH/t5 fixture. If you don't want to spend as much money a 6-8 bulb t5 fixture would be my next go to for that size. Anything less your going into low/medium lighting.

on my 125 i use 2 36 inch fixuters with 6 39 t5hos bulbs in each of them 12 bulbs total comes out to just shy of 4 watts per gallon

Read this to figure out wat lights u need. http://fishtanktv.com/forum/topics/how-to-calculate-your-tank-lighting Dont measure in wpg. Thats used for t8s and t12s not t5/t5ho lights And is a really dated way to measure light. U have to check the lights par rating

That's a terrible point of view Ricky... Lights are very different from each other t5ho is much much more efficient then t8 and even more efficient than t12, also good reflectors can make you as much as 3x off the numbers you think your getting.

Will 4 32 watt t8 bulbs work. 2 are zoo med flora Sun and the other two are zoo med 6500k max plant growth. They are 48 inches long. I also have two 40 watt light bulbs to give more light

that would suck up some serious juice running all those t8s you could buy a nice set of t5s HO and it will pay for itself. even if you ran all those lights it wouldn't be considered high light. with a 100 gallon planted tank you should really think about upgradeing to some better lights than t8s
