Liquid fertz

What is everyones opinion on using fertz with a dirt tank? Should it be done? How often and how long after the tank has been converted? I believe my oldest converted tank is like two months. I haven't added anything for fertilizer yet and everything is growing strong. But today I was begining to wonder if I would ever have to add fertz or if instead it's a need by need basis like leave having holes or yellowing or if I just wanted to.

i dont think you really need it if you already have dirt..as it leech out nutrients to the water
