I persOnally thInk this is the best filter you can get without getting a canister filter, sump. I have 2 penguin 350 bio wheels on my 60 gal. African cichlid tank and have no water quality problems and my water is crystal clear :)
I have 2, one on my 75 gallon and one my 26 gallon. They filter the water fine. Only thing I dont like is the noise from the bio wheel spinning. I ordered one from amazon.com for less than half of petsmarts price. When it came in it was damaged, so the company I ordered it from sent another for free and told me to keep the damaged one. A little silicone later and now I have two. All in all a good filter if you don't mind the noise.

I have one on my 30 gallon and its pretty good, probably as good as you can get. The noise for me is not so bad if the water level is up close to where the water comes out of the filter. The cartridges it comes with has a good tight floss on it and a good amount of carbon in the middle. I change those out once a month but spray it off every water change. Just remember to de-chlorinate the filter media so it doesnt upset the bio wheel when you put it back in.

I have one and it rocks, just make sure to check amazon, i got mine on amazon (from petsmart) for a little over half price.

I suggest the Mrine Land H.O.T. Magnum. It's more efficient and user friendly

I have a marineland penuin 350b on my 20g and the water is crystal clear if ur looking at filters get one that is meant for a bigger tank so it is more powerful and it keeps the water cleaner i find.
