miracle grow organic stuff enough? Or do you need to add ferts

My plants are not rocking, they are looking pretty normal, no jungle.

I dirted the tank Nov 2011.  The water wisteria was going good for a little bit then it started looking like junk, so took it out.  The sag is staying the same and not growing.  The jungle val isn'g growing fast anymore, it has some new growth but looks like something keeps eating it, the leaves are green in the middle but have brownish outline on the outside.  Java fern is doing ok, but some leaves have turned yellow then brown.

Dwarf hair grass doesn't seem to be growing much, i just put that in 2 weeks ago.

My light broke for a month so that probably jacked the whole system up.

I was using 40 watt t8 flora-glo bulb and a 40 watt t10 life-glo(life glo was 5 years old)

My double light assembly doesn't turn on anymore either, sometimes if i turn the bulbs the lights will flicker back on, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I jsut got some seachem iron  to see if that will help.

I have a 75 gal tank and can't even get the easy plants like jungle val to grow.  I have a eheim filter, too much current?

Take a look at my pictures to get an idea of the jungle val damage.
