Moving Plants

I have a red tiger lotus that i need to move but im unsure as to what is the best way to do it. it is very rooted and came from a bulb and i would like to move it in the most effective way so as to not disrupt my gravel and dirt bed too much. it has 6 pads and there's one new one about every 2 weeks.

Lol i did this in my old tank and man i should have ask the same question you did there was dirt every where i would say cut around the plants bulb and make sure you cut every root with a razor blade or some good shears and then take it out
