my plants are melting

my plants are melting and I don't know how to stop it I have them in dirt and I have good lighting but I don't want them to die any and all help would be appreciated

Give them some time to adjust if their new don't focus on the leaves that are dying focus on the new growth or the new leaves that are growing then you can trim out the dying leaves and then let the new leaves grow out
