Need help ASAP : lost 4 fish in the las two day.

I have lost 4 fish so far, two red minor tetras and two cherry barbs. I'm thinking its a parasite since I introduced two new angel fish and they died within the first two days of having them. I don't have a quarantine tank, I had to break it down due to lack of space. But my question is what can I do to not loose any more? It is planted and I have amano shrimp in it.
