I am think about getting some new bottom dwelling catfish for my 25 gallon aquarium. I had four clown loaches but three of them died of a worm infection commonly known as skinny disease. So i was just wondering what your thoughts were i was thinking on corydoras but haven't made up my mind and any suggestions would be appreciated:)

Get bronze Corydoras - hardy, active and cheap. Keep them in a group of 5 or more for best results and they love sand

if u have aa 50gal 2 cory cats of anykind are enough trust me. 5 are too much and most other catfish are aggressive and will eat other fish. if u want a realy cool catfish thats not bottom dwelling but swim in schools, get african glass catfish

u can get like 8 glass cats

cory cats need to be kept in groups of at least five because they shoal in the wild. Only 2 corys in a tank would be bad as they would hide. Corys are peaceful and dont eat other fish unless they are fry. Clown Loaches will quickly outgrow a 25 gallon so dont go for them again

cheers man, i went out yesterday and was going to get 5 bronze corys but the shop had a deal on so i got 6 instead and im very happy with them.
