Hi guys, thought I'd show off my tank that I did today, still got to add some more plants, got some Dwarf sag and Amazon sword coming, should look pretty sweet when its finished

at the moment its got 3 bits of bog wood, one has some sort of plant on it (java fern? I'm not sure...) I didn't boil or soak the bogwood as the place I bought it from had it soaking for over 2 weeks, all I did was clean it before I put it in my tank.

I have hairgrass at the back of the tank, Ludwigia behind the left piece of bogwood and just infront of the bigger bit of bogwood (can't see one bit of it, will look great when it grows though!) and Pogostemon at the front.

Incase anyone was wondering, yes the heater is too small for the tank, my big heater is in the container with my fish, the small heater is only in the big tank till I put my fish back in there!

also ignore the dirty glass, no point cleaning it till I'm done playing around with it.

Looks great man!
Thanks! I'm glad I decided to change, looks LOADS better than fake plants! don't think I'll ever use fake plants again
best to start planting heavily, you fight algae quicker that way

I have more plants coming in the week, will post updates when I do them, not sure if I should run co2 or not, I'm thinking as its not going to be really heavily planted I won't need it and I should be ok just adding plant food every so often, will see how it goes though, really liking the looks of it at the moment, need to start doing the big water changes today, can't wait to get my fish back in there aswell
