Dwarf gourami is a great fish, I'd get that first.  Angelfish can be territorial but I've never had a problem with them.  They say to get the more territorial fish last.  Not sure about the rainbow shark, I tried a red shark (similar temperament) with no success, too aggressive.  Maybe ask the local fish store if they will buy back if it doesn't work out for you.  Your fish load will be on the heavy side, have a good filter and don't skip on the water changes.

I also have a red shark and he is very protective of my clown loaches and aggressive to others { killed my other red shark} so i would maybe ask to make sure with LFS b4 mixing with Angels.... but thats just me'
