Red Cherry Shrimp Help

Hey there everyone. So here's the scoop... I got my RCS in about 3 wks ago and put them into a well planted 2.5. They all did fine for the first week and a half but then I found one dead on the bottom. I have been finding at least one dead everyday since then.

Ammonia, Nitrites, and Nitrates all read 0.
Filter is an Azoo Mignon Filter (Similar to the red sea nano filter).
Temperature has been stable @ 76F.
And no other tank mates other than some snails.

Whats going on? Could it be one of the plants?
