are  Red-tailed black sharks aggressive with corys betta and angelfish

Yep. I have a red-tailed shark with aggressive mid/top dwelling fish (tiger barbs and serpae tetras) and if they come too close to his rock (i named him Bruce btw) he will chase them away. I would hate to see what Bruce would to do a happy little cory, or any other bottom dwelling fish for that matter. Dont know about bettas or angels but seeing how mean he is I wouldn't risk it.

yes RTS are Territory and aggressive species.

Mine is territorial only at feeding time if I choose to put sinking food in. But I have a 90 gallon and most of my fish are bigger than him. You might want to go with some kind of loach.
