Redirt my tank?
I've got a 25g planted tank, it has or had an inch of dirt and an inch of playsand. Its been up and running for almost two months and its been real messy. When i set it up i thought i had a good cap, but whenever i planted anything or moved plants around the dirt would come up and just cover the sand. ive used my net and kind of filtered the dirt off the top, but it seems that so much has come off the bottom that i doubt theres a lot left in the tank. should i just redo everything and start from scratch or just use it how it is?

I think you need more cap. I capped my dirt with an inch of sand and an inch and a half of eco complete gravel. That may be a bit extreme but my water is crystal clear.
