Hey guys, having a issue that I need help with.  Made some bad choices and now I think I'm just panicking
and changing things.

Tank Info:
55Long, Canister Filter, 2 T5 24W bulbs, ph 8, NO2 0, NO3 20, Lights on 8 hours.

I made a water chemistry imbalance by adding Aquarium Salt directly to my tank instead of doing the drop methods.  Resulting in all my Amazon Swords frying out.  I pulled all 10 plants of that out to see the roots were gone.  I checked my Wisteria to see similar issues.  Wasn't as bad but pretty rough.
Did a big (80%) Water change to help.  And Tank was plantless for a week.  Water started to go green.
I did a 50% change and added 4 Lrg Amazon Swords and 4 hairgrass plants thinking I have an excess nutrient issue.
Curious if I should continue to wait, or maybe I'm missing something?
Any help would be great!
