Been having brown/reddish short hair algae growing on all my plants. It's about 1cm long and seems to only grow where the light seems to be the brightest. I have a standard 20 gallon aquarium with dual t5 fixture. I have about 48 watts and both bulbs are 6700k. I have the lights on for about 4-5 hours everyday and the plants seem to be doing fine, but the hair algae is ugly and annoying. All my water parameters seem fine. Any tips on how to battle this algae?

any co2 running?
hey guys thanks for the replys. i have no co2 running and i am not dosing anything. i have a dirted substrate and the tanks been running about 2 months. I just raised the light about 5 inches up off the aquarium and since my tank is heavily planted I think it should solve the problem. I'll keep you posted. Thanks!
